Sales HRBP (6 days working - Siliguri location)

Job Description: Sales HR Business Partner (HRBP) FMCG

Role Purpose: To partner with the Sales team in driving business performance through effective HR strategies, talent management, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Sales leaders to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention for the Sales team.
• Drive performance management, sales capability building, and employee development.
• Handle employee engagement, grievance management, and disciplinary matters.
• Support workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and organizational restructuring.
• Monitor attrition, productivity, and other HR KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in HR Business Partnering, preferably in FMCG or Sales-driven organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of sales HR processes and labour law compliance
