Sales Hiring Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales & Operations roles, from manpower requisition to

onboarding.

• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, priorities,

and timelines.

• Develop effective sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals,

agencies, and internal databases.

• Manage high-volume and time-sensitive hiring while ensuring quality of hire.
• Conduct candidate screening, interview coordination, offer negotiations, and pre-joining

engagement.

• Build strong talent pipelines for recurring and critical positions.
• Drive offer closures and improve offer-to-joining ratios through effective candidate

engagement.

• Maintain recruitment MIS/ATS and track key metrics such as Time to Hire, Time to Fill,

Hiring TAT, Source Effectiveness, and Offer-to-Joining Ratio.

• Provide regular hiring updates and insights to Sales & Operations stakeholders.
• Identify recruitment challenges

Preferred candidate profile

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, with strong exposure to Sales &

Operations hiring.

• Proven experience in high-volume, target-driven recruitment and managing multiple

positions simultaneously.

• Hands-on experience in hiring frontline, mid-level, and business-critical roles.

• Strong stakeholder management experience, including working with Business Heads, Sales

Leaders, and Operations Managers.

• Experience across the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening,

interview management, negotiation, offer closure, and onboarding.

• Strong sourcing, candidate assessment, negotiation, and candidate engagement skills.

• Experience with ATS, recruitment dashboards, and hiring analytics.

• Exposure to workforce planning/manpower budgeting will be an added advantage.
