Sales Head

Role & responsibilities

• End-to-end sales management: lead generation, client meetings, site visits,negotiation, and closure.
• Perform regular client meetings & site visits.
• Implement sales strategies for targeted revenue.
• Achieve sales targets for all Residential & Commercial Projects (apartments,township, and commercial).
• Identify potential customers, engage with them regularly, and convert leads.
• Effectively close client transactions directly, i.e., a successful direct selling career.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge about the real estate environment in the city, property-buying cycle.
• Be aware of government policies, bylaws, processes & transaction procedures.
• Stay updated on new projects in the city and prevailing prices in various localities.
• Use analytics-driven insights to act according to key parameters such as conversion rate, leads-to-meetings ratio, and meetings-to-site visits ratio.
• Maintain a polished, well-groomed, and pleasing personality to achieve monthly targets and uphold the company's positive image.
• Liaise between customers and the company to provide up-to-date service,pricing, and new product information.
• Report sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights to senior management.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 10 years of relevant real estate sales experience (apartments,
• township, and commercial).
• Graduation or MBA preferred.
• Strong selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage the full sales process from lead generation to closure.
• Ability to handle walk-in and digital leads efficiently.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
• Knowledge of real estate trends and customer behavior.
