Sales Head - SchoolForSchools
Experience - 20+ Years
Location -School For Schools Private Limited, Unit No. SH/3F/03, III Floor, Pacific Outlet Mall,, Jasola Apollo Metro Station, , Mathura Road, South East Delhi
Responsibilities:
- Build and execute the sales strategy
- Drive B2B sales and school acquisitions
- Build relationships with school owners, directors & management
- Own the complete sales funnel - from lead generation to closure
- Build, manage and mentor the sales team
- Drive revenue and achieve growth targets
Qualifications:
- 20+ years of sales experience
- Prior experience in ERP / SaaS / software sales is important
- B2B sales experience, preferably with schools/education
- Strong network and understanding of institutional sales
- Proven track record of building and scaling sales teams
- Strong leadership, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias for action
Mandatory Requirement:
Prior experience working with schools is essential. Candidates should have a strong understanding of the school ecosystem, its stakeholders, and the operational realities of educational institutions. Candidates having good connects with schools will be given preference
