Job Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the complete sales team and daily sales operations.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
* Generate and convert leads for real estate projects.
* Guide, motivate, and monitor the performance of sales executives.
* Handle client meetings, negotiations, site visits, and closures.
* Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
* Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
* Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
* Ensure proper follow-up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Requirements
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in a leadership role.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and team-management skills.
* Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
* Good knowledge of the Faridabad/NCR real estate market will be an advantage.
* Target-oriented and confident personality.
