Sales Head

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with demonstrated success leading revenue growth
• Proven experience managing and developing sales teams in a leadership capacity
• Strong track record selling complex SaaS solutions to large enterprise customers
• Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or other regulated life sciences industries
• Experience navigating long enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, including business, quality, IT, manufacturing, and regulatory teams
• Strong executive presence with the ability to build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior business leaders
• Experience selling validation, quality, manufacturing, compliance, MES, QMS, or other life sciences software solutions
