About this role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage LT & HT transformer sales across India.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Drive business from Utilities, EPCs, Industries, Real Estate, and Government projects.
- Manage key accounts and large-value opportunities.
- Build and mentor the Sales & Business Development team.
- Track sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM activities.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, and Commercial teams for seamless order execution.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Industrial B2B Sales (Relevant).
- Preferred experience in Transformers, Switchgear, Electrical Equipment, or the Power sector.
- Strong network with Utilities, EPC contractors, Consultants, and Industrial customers.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and team management skills.
- MBA (Marketing) or Engineering background preferred.
- Team Handling Experience.
