Position: Sales Head / Senior Sales Executive Core Sales
Industry: Interior Design / Modular Interiors
Location: Baner, Pune
Salary Budget: Up to 6 LPA
Week Off: Monday
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage showroom operations and drive sales growth.
- Generate leads through architect and builder networks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, and clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable interior design solutions.
- Handle client consultations, design discussions, negotiations, and sales closures.
- Coordinate with design and execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Develop new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
Candidate Requirements:
- Prior experience in Interior Design is mandatory.
- Experience in modular interiors is preferred.
- Senior Interior Designers with strong sales and execution experience are preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage showroom operations and close sales independently.
