Sales Head / GM / AGM

Renowned Group is looking for experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented professionals for the positions of Sales Head / General Manager (GM) / Assistant General Manager (AGM) to lead and drive sales for its real estate development projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.
• Drive sales for residential and/or commercial real estate projects.
• Generate business through channel partners, brokers, direct sales, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and high-value clients.
• Monitor sales performance, site visits, lead conversion, and booking closures.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to final booking.
• Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and sales performance reviews.
• Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and other departments to maximize conversions.
• Identify new business opportunities and strengthen the company's market presence.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in real estate sales.
• Experience with a real estate developer or builder is preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing sales teams.
• Strong knowledge of real estate sales processes and channel partner networks.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to drive revenue growth and manage high-performing sales teams.
• Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 10 days are preferred.
