We are looking for an experienced Sales Head to lead our sales team and accelerate PlugUp's growth in the EV charging industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the EV charger sales team
- Develop and execute sales strategies across India
- Drive sales of AC and DC chargers up to 360 kW
- Build relationships with CPOs, fleet operators, dealerships, corporates, government agencies and infrastructure developers
- Manage key accounts, channel partners and institutional clients
- Monitor sales targets, pipelines, conversions and team performance
- Coordinate with technical, project and service teams for successful execution
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in EV charging, electrical equipment, power electronics or related industries
- Strong team-management and business-development capabilities
- Existing industry relationships will be preferred
- Willingness to travel across India
- Target-oriented with strong commercial and negotiation skills
