Sales Head, CRO

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth, expansion, and profitability in the IT services industry.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions to clients, ensuring timely project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, risk advisory, and technical teams to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform decision-making on product offerings and pricing.

Job Requirements :

• 10-20 years of experience in B2B sales or solution sales within the IT services industry.
• Proven track record of success in enterprise sales or solution selling with a focus on cyber security, GRC (Governance Risk Compliance), ISO certifications.
• Strong understanding of business development principles including market research analysis and competitive intelligence gathering.
• Excellent decision-making skills with ability to analyze complex data sets and communicate findings effectively.
