Sales Head - Business Head - Financial Services

Role & Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the in-house Sales/RM team.
• Take ownership of sales targets, revenue and business growth.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and business plans.
• Monitor sales pipeline, conversions, targets and team performance.
• Generate new business and strengthen existing client relationships.
• Lead, motivate and improve sales-team productivity.
• Work closely with the Research & Investment team to support business growth.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales and revenue reports for management.
• Take end-to-end responsibility for achieving business objectives.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred.
• 5 to 15 years of relevant experience in Sales/Business Development, preferably in BFSI, Investments, Wealth Management or Financial Services.
• Proven experience in sales-team leadership and revenue generation.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products.
• Experience in Mutual Funds, Insurance, Stocks, Wealth Management or Portfolio Management will be preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
• NISM/CFA or relevant financial-market certification will be an advantage.
• Candidates having both investment/research knowledge and strong sales leadership experience will be highly preferred.
