Sales Head (Bobcat Division)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Sales Head, Bobcat Division, to lead and drive the sales business for our compact construction equipment portfolio.

Preferred candidate profile: Sales Experience in the below Areas

( Mandatory)

Construction Equipment, Heavy Equipment, Earthmoving Equipment, Material Handling Equipment, Infrastructure Equipment, Industrial Machinery, Equipment Rental, Mining & Infrastructure Equipment

Role & responsibilities

1. KEY RESOURCE AREA:

• Defining & Implementation of System/Processes for capital equipment sales business in the retail segment through the sales team for BOBCAT & MANITOU.
• Handling Industrial & Corporate & Municipal Clients in Eastern India for BOBCAT & MANITOU Product line for Capital Equipment Sales.

2)Other General functions:

• The person will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy, achieving revenue and market-share objectives,
• Managing the sales team.
• Sales Training for the candidates regarding Lead management for Target achievement.
• Strict adherence to the review system for all sales personnel on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Managing the Principals of both modules.
• Planning demos, customer meetings, and financier meetings.
• Managing Financier Key personnel and Brokers for Equipment Sales.
• Preparing Order Loss Report & Market share report on a monthly basis.
• Review of Client Database Management for In-house Marketing.
• Correspondence Marketing through In-house Executive Assistants.
• Helping business growth of other verticals by cross-selling.
