Sales Head - AI SaaS

Role Overview:

This is a player-coach role, not a pure sales management position. The individual will be expected to own the India P&L, personally drive enterprise sales, build a repeatable GTM motion, develop strategic partnerships and hire a high-performing sales team.

The ideal candidate should have:

- 5-10 years of experience in B2B Enterprise Sales

- Strong experience selling AI SaaS, SaaS or Enterprise Technology solutions

- Preferably worked in a startup or high-growth environment

- Demonstrated ability to build pipeline and close complex enterprise deals

- Experience selling to large enterprises and managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles

- Ability to engage and sell across a broad enterprise buyer landscape from business and technology leaders to HR/L&D and transformation teams

- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to build a sales engine rather than simply operate one

- Experience hiring, coaching and leading sales teams while continuing to carry a personal sales target

- Ability and willingness to own the India P&L and make decisions across revenue, people and market investments
