About the Role

Heaven Decor N Gifts is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our showroom team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping customers choose premium home dcor and gifting products.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and attractive product displays.
• Handle billing, cash/card payments, and invoice generation.
• Assist in stock management, inventory counting, and replenishment.
• Follow up with customers and build long-term relationships.
• Support festive promotions, exhibitions, and sales campaigns.
• Stay updated on new arrivals, offers, and product knowledge.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/POS billing is an advantage).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Good presentation and grooming.

Eligibility

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Experience in retail sales, Chandleirs, home dcor, electronics, or gifting is preferred but not mandatory.

Working Hours

11:30 AM 9:00 PM (Weekly Off as per company policy)
