Leveraging data analytics and VR tools, along with adjacent platforms like Azuro, Interior Company, and Square Capital, Square Yards aims to transform the real estate ecosystem and become a category leader across the value chain.Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Relationship Manager role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some work from home.

• QualificationsStrong client relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Sales and negotiation capabilities, including experience managing end-to-end deal cycles and achieving or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders professionally.
• Comfort with technology, CRM tools, and data-driven workflows; ability to learn proptech platforms and digital tools quickly.
• Basic understanding of real estate or financial services domains; prior experience in property consulting or related fields is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, coordinating with teams in-office in Bengaluru and remotely.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered.

• Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) & Daily Expectations.
• Generate 8–10 qualified leads per day.
• Ensure a minimum of 2 property site visits per day.
• Maintain 1.5+ hours of connected talk time daily.
• Conduct timely follow-ups and update all lead activities in the CRM.
• Achieve assigned monthly revenue and booking targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
