Sales Executives / Business development Executive - Elevators

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales / Business Development professional to join the team of a growing premium Elevator & Escalator brand.

This is an end-to-end B2B sales role

You will work closely with architects, builders, real estate developers, consultants, contractors and end customers to develop strong business relationships and generate new projects.

• Minimum 1+ year of relevant sales / business development experience
• Experience in Elevator / Escalator or Real Estate sales is preferred
• Candidates from Construction, Infrastructure, Building Materials, Capital Equipment or related B2B industries may also be considered
• Strong experience in B2B sales, field sales or business development
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and client-handling skills
• Confident in conducting client meetings and project/site visits
• Strong commercial understanding and ability to convert opportunities into orders
• Good follow-up skills with a strong focus on closure and collections
• Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits and business development activities
• Self-driven, organised and comfortable working independently as well as with cross-functional teams
• Working knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office and digital sales platforms
• Graduate degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or a related discipline will be an advantage
