Sales Executive

About the Role

Taxalphonic is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive who has knowledge of legal registrations, business compliance services, and government licensing. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling client inquiries, generating sales, and guiding businesses through various compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound sales.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable legal compliance services.
• Explain service benefits, pricing, and registration processes to clients.
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into sales.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide post-sales support.
• Coordinate with the operations team for smooth documentation and service delivery.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate sales records in CRM.
• Stay updated with changes in government regulations and compliance requirements.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of legal compliance services and business registrations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Target-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email, CRM).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in Legal Compliance, Business Registration, Certification, or Compliance Sales.
• Prior experience selling compliance services will be an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
