Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, and other digital channels to drive business growth.
• Convert generated leads into paying customers by upselling/cross-selling relevant products or services.
• Meet daily/weekly targets for sales performance metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, and revenue generated.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

• 1-2 years of experience in telesales or BPO industry.
• Strong lead generation skills with ability to meet targets consistently.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective upselling/convincing power over the phone.
