Sales Executive

Job Summary

Kalamandir Jewellers is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and an interest in jewellery sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements, preferences, and budget.
• Explain product features, designs, quality, and pricing to customers.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable jewellery products and provide an excellent shopping experience.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom looks attractive and organised.
• Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations.
• Maintain customer records and follow up on customer enquiries when required.
• Follow company policies, sales procedures, and customer service standards.

Requirements

• Graduate or undergraduate candidates with relevant sales experience may apply.
• 13 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in jewellery, fashion, luxury retail, or lifestyle brands.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-handling, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Target-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Professional grooming and a customer-friendly personality.
• Ability to work in a retail environment and manage flexible shifts.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in jewellery or premium retail sales will be an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills and a passion for sales may also be considered.
