SALES Executive

• Visit retailers, dealers, distributors, corporate clients, institutions, and potential customers to generate business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and business partners.
• Generate leads, conduct sales presentations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Expand the customer base by identifying new markets and potential business segments.
• Handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, follow up on orders, and coordinate timely delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Ensure timely payment collection and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Maintain regular sales reports, customer databases, and sales pipeline updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, stock availability, and customer service.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in sales, business development, or territory management.
• Experience in either B2B sales or B2C sales is mandatory; experience in both is an advantage.
• Experience in General Trade, retail sales, dealer/distributor management, institutional sales, or corporate sales will be preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify new customers, develop relationships, and close sales.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to travel within Trivandrum and nearby territories.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and sales reporting tools.
• Knowledge of Malayalam and English is preferred.
