Sales Executive

We are looking for a well-presented, courteous, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate should have a passion for customer service, good communication skills, and the ability to provide customers with a pleasant jewellery shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
• Explain product features, designs, quality, and pricing of gold, diamond, silver, and other jewellery collections.
• Assist customers in selecting jewellery according to their preferences and budget.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and provide personalised service.
• Ensure jewellery is handled carefully and displayed attractively.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, product presentation, and display standards.
• Coordinate with the billing and inventory teams to ensure smooth transactions.
• Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, orders, and new collections.
• Support the team in achieving showroom sales targets.
