Sales Executive

Qualifications and Required Skills

• 2-4 years of experience in IT, Cloud, SaaS, Software, Telecom, or Technology Sales.
• Strong customer-facing, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with frequent customer visits and relationship building.
• Understanding of Microsoft, Google, AWS, Cybersecurity, or Managed Services solutions preferred.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about technology sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers through digital prospecting, networking, referrals, and field sales activities.
• Conduct regular customer meetings, presentations, and business reviews at customer locations.
• Build relationships with CXOs, IT leaders, procurement teams, and business stakeholders.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from opportunity identification to closure.
• Drive sales of Cloud, Microsoft, Google, Security, AI, Infrastructure, and Managed Services solutions.
• Develop account growth plans and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting through CRM tools.
• Collaborate with Presales, Technical, and Delivery teams to create customer solutions.
• Aim to achieve assigned revenue, margin, and customer acquisition targets.
