Kalamandir Jewellers Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, well-groomed, and customer-oriented Sales Executive for its airport retail outlet at Dehradun Airport. The ideal candidate should have experience in diamond jewellery sales or premium jewellery retail, along with excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide a premium shopping experience.
• Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable diamond jewellery.
• Explain diamond quality, jewellery designs, product features, and pricing.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Build strong customer relationships and maintain high service standards.
• Ensure proper product display, presentation, and inventory handling.
• Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Follow store security procedures and operational guidelines.
• Work in rotational shifts as per airport retail requirements.

Required Skills

• Experience in diamond jewellery sales is preferred.
