Job Responsibilities
- Generate leads and identify potential customers
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp
- Explain property projects, pricing and payment plans
- Arrange and conduct site visits
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain regular follow-ups and sales reports
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of real estate/property sales preferred
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Good knowledge of Nagpur and surrounding areas is an advantage
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred
