Sales Executive

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sourcing Executive to identify and source potential land parcels, redevelopment opportunities, and real estate properties for acquisition and development in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for building a strong network of property owners, brokers, channel partners, and other stakeholders to identify viable investment opportunities aligned with the company's business objectives.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and source potential land parcels and real estate opportunities in Pune.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, and channel partners.
• Conduct market research, site visits, and property evaluations.
• Negotiate commercial terms with landowners and brokers.
• Coordinate with legal and technical teams for property due diligence.
• Maintain a database of property leads and sourcing activities.
• Track market trends, land rates, and upcoming development opportunities.

Required Skills

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in real estate sourcing or land acquisition.
• Good knowledge of Pune's real estate market.
• Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; Marathi and Hindi preferred.

Compensation: As per industry standards, based on experience.
