Job Description

We are hiring experienced sales professionals for an international voice process. Candidates should have strong communication, sales, upselling, and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from international customers.
• Identify sales opportunities and recommend suitable products or services.
• Drive sales, upselling, and revenue generation.
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
• Support collection-related activities wherever required.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Travel Sales or International Sales.
• Experience in Sales, Upselling, and Collections is mandatory.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and convincing skills.
• Good computer knowledge.
• Willingness to work in rotational night shifts.

Shift Timings

• 5:00 PM 2:00 AM
• 2:30 AM – 11:30 AM
