Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Generate sales by promoting domestic and international holiday packages.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries regarding travel packages.
• Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable vacation plans.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective sales techniques.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business.
• Explain package inclusions, pricing, offers, and payment procedures to clients.
• Follow up with potential customers through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Coordinate with operations and booking teams to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Resolve customer concerns and provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales support.
• Stay updated on travel destinations, hotel offerings, and market trends.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Travel Sales.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Good communication skills (B2 level communication preferred).
• Customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Knowledge of domestic and international travel packages.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
