Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, referrals, and digital enquiries.
• Understand customer budgets, preferences, investment goals, and timelines.
• Present affordable residential and commercial plots with accurate details on pricing, layouts, amenities, and payment

plans.

• Conduct client meetings and site visits.
• Handle objections related to pricing, location, payment plans, and investment suitability.
• Negotiate within approved terms and close bookings.
• Explain booking formalities, payment schedules, agreements, and registration processes.
• Maintain client relationships and generate referrals.
• Achieve calling, meeting, site-visit, booking, and sales targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and submit regular sales reports.
• Share market, competitor, and customer feedback with the reporting manager.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of relevant real estate sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of local property markets and plotted developments.
• Experience in affordable residential, commercial plots, or land sales.
• Strong investor-handling, communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Target-oriented, confident, self-motivated, and disciplined.
• Good follow-up, CRM, Excel, and reporting skills.
• Willingness to attend client meetings and site visits.

Candidate Profile

Prior experience in plotted development, land sales, or investment-oriented property sales is preferred. A proven

record of conversions and deal closures will be an advantage. Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Ideal Candidate: A real estate sales professional who understands different plot categories, investor requirements,

and can manage prospects from enquiry to closure.
