Job Responsibilities:

• Handle India-MART enquiries and respond to potential customers.
• Follow up on enquiries and quotations through calls and emails.
• Maintain customer records and enquiry status in Excel company formats.
• Prepare daily reports and coordinate with the internal sales team.
• Pro-active follow up.

Requirements:

• Prior experience handling IndiaMART enquiries is mandatory.
• Basic sales and business development knowledge.
• Good English speaking and communication skills. (Should be comfortable in basic english language)
• Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
• Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
