Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Generate new business through field sales, references, leads, and customer interactions.
• Promote and sell banking products such as Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, Fixed Deposits, Insurance, Loans, Credit Cards, and Investment Products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets assigned by the organization.
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Cross-sell and up-sell banking products based on customer needs.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance as per banking norms.
• Follow up with customers for account activation, documentation, and service requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.

Preferred candidate profile

• Female candidates with 0 - 5 years of experience in Sales, Banking, BFSI, Finance, Insurance, or Customer Relationship Management.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude can also apply.
• Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BBM, MBA, or equivalent preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer handling and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to work in a field sales environment.
• Basic knowledge of banking products and financial services will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital banking applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
