Sales Executive

We are seeking a proactive Online Sales/Tele sales to manage End to End Sales.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries from the website, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, social media, and digital campaigns.
• Run webinars and create email, WhatsApp, and social media campaigns.
• Understand prospects needs and recommend suitable banking software solutions.
• Qualify leads and schedule product demos with the Pre-Sales team.
• Follow up regularly to convert inquiries into opportunities.
• Coordinate with Sales, Pre-Sales, technical, and Field Sales teams for demos, meetings, and customer visits.
• Maintain lead status, customer data, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to order closure.
• Build strong relationships with banks, cooperative societies, NBFCs, and financial institutions.
• Achieve monthly sales, lead conversion, and revenue targets.
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Support the Account Management or Implementation team during customer onboarding and handover.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in MBA Marketing.
• 0 to 5y+ years of experience in End-to-End Sales.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills
• Good Knowledge in IT Software Sales
