Sales & Marketing Executive Field Sales (Fresher MBA)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to construction sites, builders, developers, contractors, and infrastructure projects.
• Generate new sales leads and identify potential customers for Ready Mix Concrete (RMC).
• Meet builders, civil contractors, architects, consultants, and project managers to promote company products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements, project specifications, and concrete demand.
• Coordinate with the internal sales, production, quality, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth customer service.
• Follow up on quotations, sales enquiries, orders, and customer requirements.
• Conduct regular market surveys and competitor analysis.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and submit daily field visit and sales reports.
• Support payment follow-ups and customer relationship management.

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA in Marketing or Sales & Marketing is mandatory.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in field sales and travel across Mumbai or Panvel.
• Interest in the construction, infrastructure, and real estate industries.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and reporting will be an advantage.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
