Sales Executive

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Inverter & Battery Sales Professional to drive market expansion, build robust channel and B2B partnerships, and boost sales of our power and energy storage solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Expansion: Identify, target, and acquire new B2B clients, channel partners, distributors, and dealers for solar inverters, batteries, and power storage systems.
  
• Channel Management: Appoint, manage, and nurture a strong network of dealers and distributors to expand regional market share.
  
• Sales Targets: Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  
• Lead Generation & Conversion: Generate quality leads through field visits, networking, and direct pitching, managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
  
• Technical Presentations: Demonstrate product features, specifications, and benefits (solar inverters, UPS, battery chargers, energy storage systems) to clients and partners.
  
• Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer needs within the power systems and renewable energy sector.
  
• Client Relations: Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure high retention and repeat business.
  

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, or channel sales within the solar, power systems, inverter, battery, or electrical equipment industry.
