*Pre-Sales Executive*

- Handle inbound enquiries from portals, ads, and campaigns

- Make outbound calls, qualify leads, and schedule site visits

- Update CRM daily and hand over qualified leads to the sales team

- Experience: 0-2 years (freshers with good communication welcome)

*Sales Executive*

- Conduct site visits and present project, pricing, and amenities

- Follow up and convert leads into bookings

- Support clients with documentation, payment schedules, and loan assistance

- Work with channel partners to generate walk-ins

- Experience: 1-3 years in sales (real estate preferred)

*Senior Sales Executive*

- Close high-value deals and handle premium clients

- Strong knowledge of Kharadi and Pune micro-markets

- Build channel partner and referral networks

- Mentor junior team members and help meet team targets

- Experience: 3+ years in real estate sales with a proven closing record

*Common Requirements*

- Graduate in any stream

- Good communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi

- Target-driven, with negotiation skills

- Comfortable with CRM and MS Office

*Compensation*

Based on experience and performance, finalized at interview. Incentives on bookings may apply.
