About this role
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new dealers, retailers, and distributors.
- Conduct regular market visits, demonstrate products, and generate sales orders.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and channel partners.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Follow up on orders, product availability, and timely payment collections.
- Maintain sales reports and coordinate with internal teams.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years in sales or business development.
- Education: Plus Two and above.
- Industry Preference: Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, kitchenware, or home products is preferred.
- Languages: English and Kannada; Hindi is an advantage.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, customer relationship management, and sales skills.
- Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel across Bengaluru for market visits.
- Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
