Job Summary

The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, explaining furniture products, maintaining customer relationships, handling sales enquiries, and supporting daily sales activities. Freshers and experienced with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom and understand their furniture requirements.
• Explain product features, specifications, pricing, materials, and available designs.
• Handle customer enquiries professionally and provide suitable product recommendations.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and purchase enquiries.
• Support the sales process and work towards achieving assigned sales targets.
• Maintain customer details, sales records, and enquiry information using basic computer applications.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and other sales-related documents as required.
• Coordinate with the inventory and delivery teams to provide customers with order updates.
• Handle customer concerns politely and escalate issues when necessary.
• Keep the showroom organized and ensure products are presented attractively.
• Provide a positive customer experience and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, MS Word, and email.
• Basic customer handling and customer service skills.
• Basic understanding of client relationship management.
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Good listening, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
