Sales Executive

Job Title: International Sales Executive US Market (Night Shift)

Job Description:

• Sell hip-hop jewellery, premium jewellery to customers in the USA.
• Communicate with customers in English via calls, WhatsApp, and other online channels.
• Follow up with leads, understand customer requirements, and convert inquiries into sales.
• Explain product features, pricing, and quality to potential customers.
• Build strong customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
• Handle customer queries, negotiate prices, and close deals professionally.

Requirements:

• Good spoken English and strong communication skills.
• Must be comfortable working night shifts aligned with US business hours.
• Previous experience in sales, telesales, international sales, or customer handling is preferred.
• Experience with US customers, jewellery, or luxury products is an added advantage.
• Candidates must have a positive attitude, confidence, and a willingness to learn.
