What you'll do

Engage prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp and personal meetings

Understand customer needs, budgets, motivations and concerns

Qualify leads and convert conversations into confirmed client meetings

Independently conduct meetings and coordinate property site visits

Present property solutions with clarity, confidence and persuasion

Handle objections, negotiate effectively and support deal closures

Maintain disciplined follow-ups, CRM records and pipeline updates

Keep building product knowledge, market understanding and sales performance

Who should apply

- Graduate, preferably from a reputed institution with strong communication exposure

- Excellent Hindi and confident conversational English

- Smart, presentable, with strong interpersonal skills

- Good listener with quick understanding and persuasive communication

- Comfortable engaging with senior professionals, business owners and affluent homebuyers

- Self-motivated, target-oriented and ready to own results

- Comfortable travelling locally and conducting client meetings and site visits independently

- Own vehicle is a must

Preferred: Experience in real estate, automobile sales, banking, financial services, hospitality or other consultative, customer-facing sales roles
