Role Description The Back Office and Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The role involves managing day-to-day back office operations such as handling documentation, preparing quotations and invoices, maintaining customer records, and coordinating order processing and dispatch. The person in this position will support the sales team by following up with clients, responding to inquiries, preparing sales reports, and assisting with tenders and proposals. They will also communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues, accurate information flow, and smooth execution of sales and service activities.
Qualifications

• Proficiency in office administration tasks, including documentation, record-keeping, and coordination with internal teams.
• Strong sales support skills, such as client follow-up, preparing quotations and invoices, and assisting in tenders or proposals.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers, sales staff, and service teams.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with email and CRM or ERP systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in back office, sales coordination, or customer support roles, preferably in medical devices or ophthalmic equipment, is an advantage.
• Educational background in business, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
• Capacity to work on-site in Gurugram and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
