About Us

Osho Himalayas Wellness Resort offers holistic experiences rooted in wellness, mindfulness, and rejuvenation. We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Executive to join our team and help us connect our offerings with the right guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle fresh sales enquiries, follow up with inbound leads, and convert them into bookings
• Build strong relationships with existing leads and past guests to ensure repeat business
• Use phone, WhatsApp, and email for outreach and follow-up
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management
• Coordinate with the reservations and operations team to ensure a smooth guest experience
• Maintain lead records in CRM
• Prepare and present sales reports and performance insights

Requirements

• 1–3 years of proven B2C sales experience, preferably in the hospitality or wellness industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills (good English speaking and writing required; fluent Hindi)
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused
• Proficient in email, MS Office, Excel, and basic CRM tools (Zoho CRM a plus)
• Experience with dialer tools such as TateTele preferred
• Willing to relocate and work at our on-site location near Dharamshala
