Sales Executive

Lead ERPNext implementations by understanding business requirements, conducting CRP sessions, designing functional solutions, managing GAP analysis, coordinating with technical teams, and overseeing UAT and go-live activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERPNext implementation projects from requirement gathering to go-live
• Conduct CRP sessions and understand client business processes
• Analyze business requirements and identify functional gaps
• Design ERPNext solutions aligned with business requirements
• Prepare functional specifications and implementation documentation
• Coordinate with technical teams for customizations and integrations
• Manage UAT activities and resolve functional issues
• Support clients during go-live and post-implementation activities
• Manage functional requirements independently across multiple projects

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with ERPNext implementations
• Strong understanding of business processes and ERP workflows
• Experience conducting CRP sessions and GAP analysis
• Good knowledge of Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related modules
• Strong client handling and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to independently manage functional requirements and deliverables
• Good communication and documentation skills
