Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position located in Raipur. The Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with existing customers, and promote the company's range of electrical modular switches, electrical wires, and water pumps. Day-to-day responsibilities include visiting clients, explaining product features and pricing, preparing and following up on quotations, and negotiating orders to meet sales targets. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for timely deliveries, tracking market trends and competitor activities, maintaining accurate sales records, and providing regular reports to management. The Sales Executive is expected to deliver professional customer service, represent the brand in the local market, and support promotional activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with the ability to build and sustain customer relationships.
• Knowledge of electrical products or related industries, with the ability to understand technical features and benefits.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication in English and local languages.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for maintaining sales records, preparing reports, and handling documentation.
• Proven ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Prior experience in B2B or wholesale sales, especially in electrical goods or hardware, is preferred.
• Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel locally within Raipur and nearby areas as required for client visits.
