About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
Sourcing :
- Looking for a candidate having experience in real estate sourcing
- Good Channel Partner network preferably- East or West Pune
- Client Communication and Relationship Management
- Channel Partners on boarding & retention
- Channel Sales strategy execution
- Market Analysis & data generation
- Looking for a candidate having experience in handling Channel Partner who have catered to developers selling ticket size of 1+cr
Closing :
- To close deals and ensure that monthly targets are achieved.
- Looking for a candidate having experience in real estate closing.
- Client Communication and Relationship Management
- Preparing and reviewing all necessary documents
- Scheduling and coordinating property viewings
- Addressing any issues that may arise during the closing process
- Achieving sales target and contributing to the overall revenue goals of the real estate company.
- Deal Negotiation and Closure.
Job Requirements :
- Freshers can apply.
- Experience in Real Estate Sales, Channel Sales, Property Sales, or Business Development is preferred.
- MBA Freshers with internships in Real Estate, Sales, or Marketing are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of Pune real estate market will be an added advantage.
