Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities:

• Develop and expand the dealer, distributor and retailer network across Rajasthan.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for hand tools and power tools.
• Conduct regular market visits to hardware dealers, industrial suppliers, construction equipment dealers and other potential customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and appoint channel partners in untapped territories.
• Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors and industrial customers.
• Promote product ranges, new launches, schemes and promotional activities.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing and customer feedback.
• Ensure timely follow-up on orders, payments and outstanding receivables.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatches and after-sales support.
• Prepare daily visit reports, sales forecasts and periodic market performance reports.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline; a qualification in Sales or Marketing is preferred.
• 25 years of experience in field sales, preferably in hand tools, power tools, hardware, industrial products or building materials.
• Good understanding of dealer and distributor management.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel extensively across Rajasthan.
• Familiarity with local markets and dealer networks in Rajasthan will be an advantage.
• Basic computer skills and experience with sales reporting or CRM tools preferred.
