Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads generated through digital marketing, referrals, and other channels.
• Understand client construction requirements, budget, location, and project expectations.
• Explain the company's construction packages, specifications, services, and payment process.
• Schedule client meetings, consultations, and site visits.
• Present proposals and quotations in coordination with technical teams.
• Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into confirmed projects.
• Negotiate terms professionally and assist with contract closure.
• Maintain lead details, client interactions, and follow-up status in CRM software.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Achieve monthly lead conversion and revenue targets.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Lead management and sales conversion.
• Experience in construction, real estate, building materials, or related sales preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and WhatsApp Business.
• Good understanding of the Hyderabad real estate and construction market.
• Ability to conduct client meetings and site visits.
