Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• We are seeking a dynamic Lead Generation Specialist to drive high-quality leads for our webinar series, powering revenue growth through targeted outreach and event promotion. In this pivotal role, you'll identify prospects, nurture them via calls, emails and LinkedIn, and convert them into registered delegates, directly contributing to sales targets and webinar success. • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to pitch webinar value and secure registrations
• Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for delegate sales i.e., 50+ registrations per webinar
• Identify and build targeted lead lists using tools like Sales Navigator, LinkedIn, and industry databases, focusing on decision-makers across multi sectors globally
• Develop and execute lead generation campaigns for webinars, including personalized email outreach, calls, and LinkedIn connects/chats to achieve target number of qualified leads per webinar.
• Analyse clients business need and demand to generate

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field; 1-3 years in sales, preferably B2B/events/webinars

- Proven track record in lead generation

- Proficiency in sales tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems

- Strong communication skills for persuasive pitches, presentations and relationship-building

- Analytical mindset with experience in sales metrics and data visualization

- Bonus: Familiarity with webinar platforms and event sales cycles.
