Job Description/ Responsibilities

01. Handle sales coordination and customer support through calls and emails

• 03. Prepare quotations and follow up for order confirmation
  04. Coordinate with customers regarding pricing, orders, deliveries, and payments
  05. Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support
  06. Monitor order execution and ensure timely dispatch of products
  07. Prepare e-invoices and e-way bills for dispatch process
  08. Maintain sales records, customer database, and daily sales reports
  09. Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order processing
