We're Hiring | International Admission Counsellor US Market

Location: Marol, Mumbai (Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel US-based learners and recommend suitable educational programs.
• Manage the end-to-end admission process, from outreach to enrollment.
• Achieve weekly/monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and build strong learner relationships.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree with 25 years of international admissions experience (US market/EdTech preferred).
• Excellent communication skills and a US-neutral accent.
• CRM and MS Office proficiency.
• Comfortable working US shifts and in a target-driven environment.

Working Details:

• 6 days a week with rotational offs.
• Shift: 8 PM5 AM IST / 10 PM7 AM IST.
