Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Assist in planning and implementing sales and marketing strategies for Agri-input products.
• Support field teams in dealer and distributor management and customer outreach.
• Conduct product demonstrations and farmer meetings to promote products.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Ensure timely reporting of sales data and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth activity execution.
• Drive product-specific and crop-specific marketing campaigns and achieve agreed business volume targets.

Job Requirements :

• Experience in agriculture sales, fertilizer sales, or agriculture marketing is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for marketing are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in marketing are also encouraged to apply.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
• Basic knowledge of sales principles and practices.
